Davena's 'waaaa I'm not losing weight' thread.

My starting weight was 125.2kg on the 31st of March, 2011.
Between March and December, 2011 I lost exactly 20kg. During this time I was eating between 1200 and 1500 cals (plus my exercise cals).
In December, 2011 I went on holiday for three weeks. Taking a diet break during that time.
I came back from my holiday weighing 105kg. At the end of Feb, I had knee surgery and I ate at ‘ MFP maintenance’ to help with my recovery.
April til June I got down to 99.9kg.
In June, I got pregnant, but lost the baby and since then my weightloss has stalled, and has bounced around between a low of 99.7 and a high of 101.5.
I had been diagnosed with PCOS, however when I saw my OB/Gyn in July,2012 he told me that all my hormone levels are normal, and that I currently wouldn't be considered as someone with PCOS.
It’s not been all bad. Since June I have:
Come off my blood pressure medication, and am currently working to stay off it.
Moved from ‘Plus Sized Clothing’ and am now able to buy clothes in regular stores.
My squat has increased from 40kg to 100kg x 5.
My deadlift has increased from 20kg to 90kg x 4.
My OHP and Bench numbers have increased.
I log consistently, I do all of the cooking in our house, and weigh and measure my food – with the exception of the occasional lunch or take-out. I don’t have ‘cheat days’ however if we get take-out or go out for dinner, I try and log it as best I can, and I don’t beat myself up for it. I don’t have binges.
I’ve been eating, lifting, walking and (sometimes) running for this entire time.
Sara suggested I take a diet break in October, so I took two weeks off during that time, and two weeks off the week of Christmas and New Year.
I have tried eating at 1850 and not eating back my exercise calories. I didn’t like this method, because I found I wasn’t consistent enough with my exercise.
I dropped down to 1500 cals plus exercise cals for 4wks in November.
I have tried just logging a random 250cals for all my exercise.
I currently have my calories set to 1750 (my BMR? Maybe?) and log my exercise calories via endomondo for cardio and as 250cals for lifting. I have increased my cardio to include a walk most evenings.
I’m posting this today because I’ve got a doctor’s appointment tomorrow (to discuss my Blood pressure), so if you think I need to request blood tests I can.
It’s fair to say I have been under some stress.
TL;DR I lost lots of weight really fast, and now am struggling to lose any weight. Any suggestions?
