    Just saw my Dr.

He is thrilled with my progress ("Davena, you've lost more weight!") ... He thinks the 'slow down' of my loss may partially have something to do with lifting... "You are smaller, you clearly have less fat on your body. It IS possible you have built SOME muscle." ... And/or "are you sure you are counting the calories as closely as you did 20kgs ago?" ... And/or ... "Weight loss naturally slows down after a big loss. It WILL be harder to lose weight from here on in. Mix up your calories. Exercise one more day a week, move more!"

He saw absolutely no reason to draw bloods.

I am officially blood pressure medication free.

I weigh in Sunday mornings so I thought I'd update this thread with progress.

I did change my cals/macros as suggested on Thursday (since it was only 50cals a day less than I was already eating), but I have been eating back some or all of my exercise cals. As suggested I'll stop eating back those.

    So starting weight (today): 100.1kg
    Bust: 113cm
    Waist: 102cm
    Hips: 124cm

I'll update with my progress next Sunday.

    Hahahahaa.

    Oh I love my body.

    100.8kg.

    An increase of 700gms.

I did get two PB's yesterday though.

Deeva...you know I luvs ya - but you have been averaging a little over 1,900 this week. Really try to cut down to the 1,700. Also, your carbs have been a bit high so try to keep those in check due to the prior PCOS.

OK, I know you hate me now!

But - get you with your bad *kitten* self with the PRs - congratulations!

    *makes kissy faces*

I've been focusing on bringing my own lunch into work, rather than leaving it to chance. Once I get that right, I think I'll be flying.

Sara, my average cals this week was 1,800 so I was a bit over, but I've worked pretty hard on my marcos...this is how I've closed out the week...

I'm forever getting stuck the last couple of years so can relate to the frustration!

Well done on drug free from BP meds and also on loss / macro progress this week!

    Bust: 113cm

So starting weight (today): 100kg (total loss = 100gms go me!)
    Bust: 115cm (???)
    Waist: 101cm
    Hips: 123cm

So I've lost some 'size' if not weight. Unless all that size has moved up to my boobs.

I think I'll keep going for at least two more weeks because my exercise in the past two weeks hasn't been 100% consistent, and I only now feel like I'm starting to hit my macros.

Sheesh, why does that not happen to me?

Water weight may be fluctuating so hang in there.
