I was up too late!
I had a long week!
I'm too freakin' tired!

Sounds familiar? NO MORE EXCUSES! YOU CAN DO THIS! you already did 47 days, why stop now? Keep sweating and I swear, all that pain, tiredness, soreness will be soooo worth it (^.^)

    I thought this was over, but I have to say it sure has helped me stay on track! Thanks for starting this group, I have been hiking 3 miles a day m-f and lifting 2-3 days a week. I intend to increase to 7 days per week to meet the calories in calories burn more closely. I'm only at 1362 for my burn so far today (fitbit) my chart from http://bwsimulator.niddk.nih.gov/ says I need to burn 2325 today to stay on goal! so I need to go find some activity.

    Biggest loser cardio max DVD 45 minutes Saturday.
    Very encouraging words lilmzritz ! Just read this today (Sunday) and it got me goin on my stationary bike while watching America's funniest videos!
