Completed Day one by doing 5 sets of 10 squats. My thighs are feeling it a little, but I'm ready for tomorrow!

I did 3 sets of 10 and 1 set of 20 for Day 1
Im going to use two 5lb hand weights for the challenge since i cant get any bigger weights for a while.0 -

Awesome! When I first saw this earlier I thought ehh I'll start tomorrow but then realized if I put it off I probably wouldn't lol. And no, I just used my body weight tonight. I might switch it up tomorrow and add weights to it, but I'm not sure yet. I feel them from just using body weight, so I might stick to just that?0 -
Yay I'll start tonight, did 25 plus static squats this morning at the gym but I'll do the whole 50 later on0

Starting today!
On leg days I usually do 30-40 squats with currently 35-40kgs (barbell), so I'll just add non-weighted or light-weighted squats to reach the goal reps
Let's see what weight I'll be able to squat at the end of this challenge!0 -

I started this a little behind everyone else it seems. I completed Day 1 today. 50 squats, and I am feeling good. This is going to be an interesting challenge on top of all the other things I am doing this month.0
