Went ahead and knocked out day 2 after my hubby left for work this morning. Feeling it more than last night definitely!

    some variations for squats and some good exercises for thights if you get really sick of doing squats (happened to me :D ), i have been doing those for a week now without any extra weight. It really only takes 15 minutes, good to do after waking up and before going to bed :)

    OMG! I'm so excited someone made this group/challenge! I am obsessed with working out my legs, I want to wear short shorts this summer..(never wore them outside the house before).
    I just started today but I'm glad I'm not that far behind! WE CAN DO IT!

    Just did mine, and now I'm about to run on the treadmill for a little bit. Not sure I should do the squats before I run, but it is what it is! Everyone is doing a great job!!

    I think i am going to kill my legs.

    Day 2 done...200 squats.

    100 with 9 lb weight bar
    100 using bar for balance and deep seated

    Day 2 butt has been kicked, finding them ok at the moment...not sure ill be thinking the same way this time next week, but gonna be worth it :wink:

    Day 3 done, wasn't sure how I'd feel given I doubled up yesterday to catch up, who'd have thought my thighs must be stronger than I thought as I'm still walking :laugh:

    Oh wow so glad tomorrow is the rest day after all that saying my thighs were stronger than I thought.... nope did day 3 today and just went to stand up and my thighs are a little tight ouch lol

    I've only done day 1 and I can still feel the ache in my thighs! I'll be doing day 2 right now and at night day 3.

  • yesterday was day two for me ... I accomplished my 55 at home while cooking... funny thing is in my workout class we had to do squats 80 of them one legged ...this should be intresting : but i feel accomplish lets get it next level yes:) '
