Just body weight today and I think I'll have to add some weights, these were too easy (I can't believe I'm saying that about 50 squats in 1 set! lol)0 -
Yesterday was my day one:

8x30kg
8x30kg
24xbody weighted.
I'll do one-legged squats on days that aren't leg days.0 -
I started this a little behind everyone else it seems. I completed Day 1 today. 50 squats, and I am feeling good. This is going to be an interesting challenge on top of all the other things I am doing this month.0
