Went ahead and knocked out day 2 after my hubby left for work this morning. Feeling it more than last night definitely!

Really glad this group just started when I decided to take up a squat challenge for myself!

some variations for squats and some good exercises for thights if you get really sick of doing squats (happened to me ), i have been doing those for a week now without any extra weight. It really only takes 15 minutes, good to do after waking up and before going to bed0 -

OMG! I'm so excited someone made this group/challenge! I am obsessed with working out my legs, I want to wear short shorts this summer..(never wore them outside the house before).
I just started today but I'm glad I'm not that far behind! WE CAN DO IT!0 -

Just did mine, and now I'm about to run on the treadmill for a little bit. Not sure I should do the squats before I run, but it is what it is! Everyone is doing a great job!!0

Day 2 butt has been kicked, finding them ok at the moment...not sure ill be thinking the same way this time next week, but gonna be worth it0

Day 3 done, wasn't sure how I'd feel given I doubled up yesterday to catch up, who'd have thought my thighs must be stronger than I thought as I'm still walking :laugh:0

Oh wow so glad tomorrow is the rest day after all that saying my thighs were stronger than I thought.... nope did day 3 today and just went to stand up and my thighs are a little tight ouch lol0

I've only done day 1 and I can still feel the ache in my thighs! I'll be doing day 2 right now and at night day 3.

yesterday was day two for me ... I accomplished my 55 at home while cooking... funny thing is in my workout class we had to do squats 80 of them one legged ...this should be intresting : but i feel accomplish lets get it next level yes:) '
