    Then jogging/ marching / jumping around ..
    iPod tracked - 92 mins
    5.01 miles/ 448 cals burned !!
    Woohoo!!

    Feel good now, but I bet tomorrow I will be sore !!

    Been out of exercise for 3 days, but back today did 67minutes of walking/jog and will do some sit ups in a bit! :)

    I started a new job and kids had no school due to weather, only shoveled a ton of snow for 10 minutes, but i broke a sweat! I'm trying to figure out a new schedule. I used to workout in morning and I'm trying to move it to late afternoon. I feel like I'm making excuses, but at least I have a plan! Also reducing my calories since I didn't workout!
