Hey guys! I was thinking, that as a motivation for all of us we would share before and after pix of squats Here. I'd really love to see some, I'm sure they'll give us that extra push some of us might need.

Also, it would be great if we ourselves make our own before and afters!
You don't have to post it here, but it'll be nice for your to have it :wink:

    woah that's a great before/ during pic! I'd love an *kitten* that looks like that!
    And I love the idea of doing the before after pics here, just not sure I'm game... :wink:
