I have mine completed. I went to the gym and our first exercise was 50 squats with dumb bell curls. We did 2 sets of them. After those, we had to do 30 sissy squats 2 times. I don't know if I'll be able to squat tomorrow, I'm so sore.:ohwell:0

You might be coming to far forward when your squatting. To make sure your doing them right maybe try putting a chair behind you and then squat down like your going to sit in it but just before you touch it squeez back up. Also make sure legs are hop width apart and you are pushing your tailbone towards the wall behind you so you are NOT bringing your knees over your toes.
I hope this makes sense. If you own Jillian michaels 30 day shred video she explains it perfectly.
