Monthly Challenge - March

I challenge everyone to do the positive note challenge. Every day write something positive about yourself and put in the jar. Then when you're having a bad day or at the end of the month, read all of the positive things you've said about yourself. It doesn't have to be health related, it could be anything. This will force us to see what beautiful and amazing people we are.

I also challenge everyone to do the jar challenge. Every time you work out put a dollar/quarter/penny/whatever other amount you decide on in a jar and see how much you have come the end of the month.

    I'm going to do both of these challenges. I'm trying to save money and get my groove back with my working out. Have a fun time snowboarding!
