WEEK 4!!!!!

Ok so day 1 week 4 is done!!! I gotta say I am completely and utterly proud of myself for coming this far!!!! same as all the weeks day 1 is specially challenging because you have no idea what to expect and some of the exercises you have never done before... I found the burpees specially challenging in this work out... those and all the plank position exercises that I hate just because they are in plank and make me want to throw up... but all in all it was not too bad ... either way I think I'll know better tomorrow once it all hurts like hell ....

So glad to have made it to this point too! Day 1 down! Yeah, 1st day is always the worst because you don't know what to expect and I hate having to watch them do the move before I can do it because it cuts into the time of doing it! LOL.
Excited to get thru this week and I have decided to start over next week and pair it with C25K. Running always makes the fat melt off.0 -

Day 2 done for me! I am having a hard time finding my motivation for this last week! LOL. Not sure why, I just don't want to do it! I still am tho.0

i think we are just tired... it has been a challenge for me to find the motivation to get up in the morning... but just a couple more days and we'll be done!!!! keep at it think that bikini season is coming up soon!!!!

Day 3 done! I pushed myself today and it felt great. I watched a recorded episode of Biggest Loser before todays workout. LOL. It motivated me!

Day 4 done! Almost done with this week! I am getting excited about adding running into my program.
I have a job interview today and I am worried that my workout will suffer with a job. LOL. I still hope I get it! It is about a 40 minute commute, but its better than no job at all! Wish me luck today!0 -

I am done with day 5 so one more day to go and that is it!!!! I can't wait to see the final results!!!!
I am a lawyer and work crazy hours at a lawfirm ,,, it is definitely more challenging to exercise when you have a demanding job or commute and it takes an extra effort to get up in the morning after a late night at work ...but I just know if I don't workout in the morning then coming home late at night is even harder to get my worout in.... so just try to find 30 minutes at the least for yourself every day.... for example I get up an hour before I really need to, so i can walk my dog and do RI30 workout... then i multitask and get breakfast going while I shower and get readdy or i make breafast the nigh before and just reheat it .. you just gotta get organized!!! and keep making healthy choices ....

Sorry I was MIA! I finished week 4! I started C25K today also. Do you want to keep doing this forum thing? I find it helpful to have someone to be accountable to! Did you get results? I did not see much change in my weight, but did with my tone. I never got around to taking measurements, so I am not sure what results I got. LOL. I always do better with running, so I am doing the running program.0

doing has been working great for me !!! I did get some results... although i haven't exactly been able to compare my firtl and last meassurments I gotta say my muscle tone has changed drastically ... i also lost some weight but nothing too impressive....

I satrted week one again today but will have to put it on hold for I hope just two days ... but it might have to be for the whole week..... this has got me in an awful mood but an extremely heavy and stupid person stepped on my foot today and broke my toenail... to a degree that I had to have it removed ... the dr suggested no impact exercise on my feet for at least a couple of days so I have no idea what to do I am afraid if i let a week go by without any exercise its gonna be really hard to start again....

The job interview went well and I was offered the job. I started and kept with C25K so far. I enjoy it and I love to run outside. I am trying to decide when I can run once work starts on Monday. I don't like running in the dark, too scary. I might after work, but I need to before my drive home because that is about an hr with traffic and that means I have an hr to talk myself out of running.

Have you looked at the 10 k training program I heard it yields better results than the c25k.... thought i'd mention it!!!!0
