At one point a number of years ago, I was around 200lbs. I dropped a lot of dress sizes, got down to 116...Theeeen I quit smoking, AND found a taste for wine (also found that wine packs on the pounds for me). Between the quitting smoking slow down in my metabolism and the wine, I gained 30 pounds back! Now I'm doing 5ks and am monitoring my wine intake more diligently.0 -
