Finally got up the nerve to take pics. Would rather do a side by side comparison if I live through this. Got a tape measure that loops around so you can do your own measurements, I didn't know they existed. Did those this morning too.0

Hi All! I am adding the 30 Day Shred to my week. I work out with an awesome trainer twice a week and plan to do the shred 4 times a week with a rest day each week. So far it is not as bad as I feared
