    calf: 13.5 inches (both)
    upper arms: 14 inches (both) - measured thickest part, closer to my armpit. 13 near my "muscle" area

    Finally got up the nerve to take pics. Would rather do a side by side comparison if I live through this. Got a tape measure that loops around so you can do your own measurements, I didn't know they existed. Did those this morning too.

    Uploaded my pics to my profile! I also added my pics from the first time I did the 30 DS last November. They aren't great because I forgot to take before pics so I just have end of level one vs end of level three but they show some progress between the two :)

    Height: 5'8"
    Weight: 146 lbs
    Chest: 39.5
    Waist 30
    Hips: 40
    R Thigh: 23.75
    L Thigh: 23.5
    R arm (bicep): 10.75
    L arm (bicep): 10.5
    R calf: 14.5
    L calf: 14.125

    I also took pictures but not sure how to post them and whether I just want to keep them myself. Good luck everyone!

    I love this idea. I had my daughter take all my measurements right before I started.

    Height - 5'5"
    Weight - 181
    Neck - 14"
    Upper arms (both) - 13.5"
    Chest - 45"
    Stomach - 41"
    Hips - 40"
    Butt - 42"
    Left Thigh - 22.5"
    Right Thigh - 22"
    Left Calf - 17"

    I am hoping for lots of lost inches.

    Hi All! I am adding the 30 Day Shred to my week. I work out with an awesome trainer twice a week and plan to do the shred 4 times a week with a rest day each week. So far it is not as bad as I feared :)

    Just started (day 2 L1) - so I will finish a couple of days behind the official March end date. I took before pictures and will hopefully have the guts (or lack of guts I guess) to share at the end of the 30 days. No measurements yet since my only tape measure is the metal kind at the moment.

    I just started 30 Day Shred Monday March 4th, so I am on day 4 and feeling it!

    GW: 140
    Height: 5' 6''

    Chest: 40

    Hips: 42
    Thigh: R-28 L-27.5
    Arm: R-14 L-14

    no pictures of me yet. I did the Insanity videos last Apirl and lost 27lbs, I am hoping to see some great results with 30DS!!

    :laugh: I only measure my butt & thighs-- It's the only thing I want to see get smaller.
