I did 5x12 and yes , I can feel it. Glad tomorrow is a rest day. :laugh:

60 bodyweight squats as my warm-up for heavy legs day...followed by bb squats, bb stiff-legged deadlifts, cable kick backs, db 1-legged calf raises, seated calf raises, leg extensions, 1-legged leg extensions, seated hamstring curls, thigh abductor/adductor, and finished off with walking lunges around the track...dragged my *kitten* to my car, and now i'm trying to talk myself up into getting in the shower! glad tomorrow is a rest day0

Just joined the challenge today - but I do squats regularly (3 x 12 with dumbells) so it wasn't that big a shock for me.
Day 3 complete! (15 regular, then 3 x 15 with dumbells)0 -
6 sets of 10....and I'm feeling it big time...but tomorrow I will be really sore back there. LOL0

Well I missed yesterday so I combined Day 2 and Day 3 together. Yikes!! Im back on track now.0
