hurt my ankle need exercises.

Hay all. I was on my daily walk this morning and rolled my ankle. It is pretty messed up and think it will be a few days before i can take my exercise walks again. I need some cardio that will not involve jumping standing to much ect. I workout at home and own no equipment or videos. Thanks.

Would recommend the pool for some water aerobics but if your looking for something at home then you might want to try looking on youtube for some chair exercises. It would be low cardio but it would still keep you moving. Or one of those desk pedal exercisers think you can use your arms for them?
