Challenges Week of 3/4

Ok so lets switch muscle groups this week, lets go for squats this week..... 500 squats!!!

For our nutrition challenge, lets keep our sodium in check! It is recommended to take in a max of 2,500mg so lets pay attention and stay under that!

    Oh I can do the squat challenge!! I love squats!

    That sodium one is good! It seems to be creeping up on me and I dont even notice!! (What does everyone use for a salt substitute on top of foods, not while cooking)?

    I think I picked a bad week for the sodium challenge..... I have been over everyday...booooooooooooo :sad:

    So far so good on the squats! My other BL challenge group has me doing 100 each day for points, so I've already done 200 for the week, and will end up having done 600 by Tuesday.

    Did good on the sodium this week and got that one but fell short again when it came to squats.

    Soooooo how did everyone do????? My sodium was over most days :frown: but I got in all my squats :happy:
