I've done awesome this week! I've lost 2.2 lbs for a total of 11.8 pounds so far! Getting close to that 15 pound goal I had set for these 10 weeks1 YAY!

I'm protesting since I was lifting yesterday and I am up again today, BUT all my BF% calcs via messurements and my handheald are saying I am down almost 1%.0

The wrong part of the scale is moving. I started weight lifting and doing resistance training instead of big long runs because I was seeing my scale drop but my body fat increase. Now nothing is dropping. Sigh.

Everyone is doing wonderful! It is so nice to see such great results for others...even if I am at a standstill. Second week in a row with no loss - I actuall went up .3 this week. I am going to contribute it to the weight training since my trainer has really stepped it up this week by adding some heavier weights. I never took measurements but I am going to for the next challenge. I know that I am losing inches since I can feel it in my clothes.0
