I have kettle bells but don't use as a kettle bell routine. I just use them as easy-grip weights. Maybe I should try so e actual kettle bell exercises.0

You really should. Just make sure you have proper form of you could injure yourself pretty easily. Fantastic workout!0

I just got a variety of kettlebells. 7.5, 10 and 15 lbs. I ordered 2 dvd's that were rather inexpensive on Amazon, the Jillian Michaels Shred IT with Weights and Iron Core Kettlebell by Sara Lurie-supposed to be great instructional info for beginners. Once I finish the JM Body revolution dvd's I want to try the kettlebells.
Sounds like a good workout. Will let you know when I start.0 -
