    I've been using this app for about a week, just started working out at the gym, and began the C25K program last week. Ive always lost weight by dieting (or sometimes it just comes off for no reason). This time I want to be toned and fit!

    No idea what my body fat is, but I want to tone in addition to losing 10 lbs. I'm getting married in October 2013 and I want to fit into a size 8 dress and want some definition in my arms! I'm a size 10 now, so I think that's reasonable.

    No kids, work out strenuously 5 days/week. I haven't gotten my BF done in a while but plan to. I'm mostly interested in that number going down and toning up.     Had my first son in August and have been struggling to lost the 35 pounds I gained. Been making pretty good progress so far, myfitnesspal is def a help! I'm breastfeeding I don't let my intake go below 1500 calories.

    At one point a number of years ago, I was around 200lbs. I dropped a lot of dress sizes, got down to 116...Theeeen I quit smoking, AND found a taste for wine (also found that wine packs on the pounds for me). Between the quitting smoking slow down in my metabolism and the wine, I gained 30 pounds back! Now I'm doing 5ks and am monitoring my wine intake more diligently.

    I work long, sometimes irregular hours and live only a stone's throw from the office, so I'm trying to find ways to build more activity into an already-packed lifestyle.
