Day 27 before & after measurements

Day 27 of 30day shred and while i'm home alone I got the tape measure out...
Before - After
Weight : 141lb - 136lb 5lb loss
Waist: 29" - 27.5" 1.5" loss
Hips 39.5" - 36.75" 2.75" loss
L Thigh 23.5" - 22" 1.5" loss
R Thigh 23" - 21.75" 1.25" loss
Bust 34" - 34" no loss (phew!)
L calf 15.5" - 15.25" 0.25" loss
R calf 15.5" - 15.25" 0.25" loss
All in all, i'm pretty happy with the results, just a few more days and then going to start 30 days ripped on Sunday

no i generally did it 5 days a week as I go to an aerobics class on mondays and a step class on thursdays so didnt do it those days0
