I'm just breezing through the exercises now. I have the DVD playing on the computer while watching something else on television. Reruns of RuPaul’s drag race are my favorite shows to watch while exercising.0

Hmmmm....I want to join this challenge as well. I'll start either tonight or tomorrow, I have to buy a tape measure first. I tried this ONE day a week or two ago, and was like, listen Jillian, I don't like sweating this hard....lol. But I'm always up for competition.0

I just started this & survived enough to write a blog post....it was alright but it made me grumpy-- but happy that I did it!0

Weekly log in....not much change in the tape measure, but I did miss a bunch of days. Now I'm sick in bed and hoping to be able to exercise again on Monday.
Upper waist: 30 (dropped .5 inches)
Thigh: 22.25 (dropped .75 inches)
Everything else was the same. Total lost inches = 1.25inches!

I think I did okay for 1 week. I'm go to try level 3 this evening. But I'm not going to measure anything until the 30 days are over.0

I just finished day 5 -- took two days off this weekend.
My Measurements (Starting):
Weight: 286
Height: 5'5
Bust: 51
Waist: 43.5
Hips: 53
Arm(L): 15.5
Thigh(L): 25
Calf(L): 190 -
I started on the first and I finished Day 10 last night Level 2
Waist dropped from 36 to 34
Other than that no real changes0 -
I'm just now taking my measurements:

Weight: 174.5
Right arm: 13
Bust: 40
Waist (lower): 38.5
Hips: 44
Right thigh: 25.5

I finished day 24 Last night. I did 1 week Level 1 then 1 week Level 2 then 1 week Level 3. I went back to Level 2 because Level 1 and 3 were killing my knees.
Have not measured but will post those later hope I see results!!!:laugh:0 -
