Just did Fire55EZ for first time. I wish I would have started this sooner. I kept thinking it was going to be too much. So glad I got it. TJ was awesome but, this program is such a great calorie burn. I am in love...okay I know it's only day 4...0

Just did Fire 40 for the first time, Day 5 for me. Holy cow, it aint no joke. Burned 545 calories though, so it can't be all bad ha ha0

Turbo Fire Day 15 - Fire 45 EZ DONE! (That's Fire 40 if you have the 'new' TF dvd's)
Whoa, there may not be any 'fire drills' in Fire 45 EZ, but gosh, I was sweating bullets during this workout! It's line non-stop high intensity cardio, and I LOVED every minute of it! Wow! I've done Turbo Jam in the past, but this Turbo Fire takes things to a whole other level. I can't wait for my next workout! So NOT like me....Lol!

After tomorrow, 12 weeks of TF will be in the bag! Decided to watch Fire 60 to see what I'm in for...is it my imagination or are they going double speed? I'm a little scared.0

This was my first time doing HIIT 25. Great 25 minute hiit. Still going strong. Go ME!

@april, exercise definitely hep when TOM's around, but I always find it extra hard to find the motivation to exercise. I usually have to caffeine up!
@Monie- I love HIIT 25 and HIIT 30! I can't wait til they come back into the schedule!
Last night was nice My brother came over for the evening. We watched movies, had dinner, relaxed. Very nice. Today's workout will be Fire 30 and Sculpt 30! I love sculpt 30!0 -
W1D7- Did Sculpt 20 today- 143 cals. Wasn't quite what I was hoping for but will continue to work it every time.0
