I don't know the answer, but I am feeling your pain.
I guess that on day 1 you are sore, but day 2 is worse. Due to muscle tearing is how someone put it *yikes*
Even my legs hurt!
This should be day 3 for me but I am not sure I should go for it!
I know pain is gain but still, I don't want to hurt myself! Sheesh!0 -
