So... today is a crap day. Don't feel like doing anything and all I want to eat is junk. I am forcing myself to spend 20 mins on ab work.Tomorrow I will be running.

    Having a hard time with the time change. Which also means that I will be up later tonight. Hitting the gym after work.

    * body still recouping from 8 mile run yesterday so I managed to fit in a 20 minute walk!
    * will be back on schedule tomorrow!
