80 squats done. Body weight only! Did an extra 32 squats from an app I downloaded onto my iPad.0

Me too. Just finished my 85 but found I had to drop the weight down to next to nothing again. Not sure if my muscles are tired or if it is just that my form is improving.
Lol, went back and checked the schedule and see that today I should have rested .0 -
did my 80 yesterday only using body weight, today was a rest day. 100 tomorrow. baby got back..... and front and sides0
