I did mine today.0

Day 1-50 squats (2 sets, 25 reps)
Day 2-55 squats (2 sets, 20 reps; 1 set,15 reps)
Day 3-60 squats (3 sets, 20 reps)
Day 4-Rest
Day 5-70 squats (2 sets, 35 reps of curtsy squats; and 1 set, 20 reps of prisoner squats )
Day 6-75 squats (1 set, 25 reps of prisoner squats; and 2 sets, 25 reps weighted squats - 20 lbs)
Day 7-80 Curtsy Squat Rear Leg Lift (completed with 3 lb weights)
Day 8-REST!!!
Day 9-100 free hand jump squats (4 sets, 25 reps)
Day 10-105 squats (4 sets, 25 prisoner squats; 1 set, 10 reps weighted squats - 30 lbs)
I didn't get these in until late Sunday night. Glad I did it. *5 Bonus Squats : )0 -

Can't do jump squats, but...105 DONE!! 4 sets of 25...then a lonely 5 squats. Did these right after my regular workout. Hmmm...I probably should have done them this morning...or yesterday as I was supposed to!0
