Hey guys the squat of the day is split squat jump.

    Done

    I didn't know what these were so I googled it yesterday and found that same youtube vid. I had to stop and readjust (rebalance) myself a couple of times, but I did them in sets. 20, 30, 30, 30 Those were tough!

    I'm going to try and do the jump squats I missed by taking an unscheduled rest day on Saturday tomorrow.

    Wow they make it look so easy on the video! I will be doing a variety of other squats today, not able to jump like that, bad knees!

    OK, I just could not get these. Need more practice! I did my 110 in regular squats and weighted squats (10lb dumbbells) instead.

    Too much jumping these past three days....wow! Did 110 today...jumping split squats, but last 20 were modified slow/if a jump. Also did JM Extreme Buns and Thighs Level 2

    Couldn't get the jump, so I did regular squats. Day 11 is done.

    6 sets of 20 not so bad once you get the hang of it

    My Legs are burning! Did 55 of these in sets and did one set of 55 regular squats.

    Gahhh... Yesterday was a very long and emotional day so I didn't do any squats. I did yesterday's and today's today. Whew!! That kicked my *kitten*.

    Unfortunately I am excusing myself from the 30 day squat challenge due to complaints from my knees! I can still do squats, no problem, I even made strength gains this week on my bb squats, but the sheer volume of the challenge is too much for me. Good luck everyone.

    Have found that my knees don't like any jump type squats so I did 110 Frog squats. These are not kind to your quads, oh the burn.

    That was hard. Managed 45 before my hamstring hurt realy bad. Did the rest in regular squats.

    Done although no jump (did these late) did them in a combination of curtseys, prisoners and leg lifts. Love the challenge though. Taught me so many ways to do a squat!
