    Unfortunately I am excusing myself from the 30 day squat challenge due to complaints from my knees! I can still do squats, no problem, I even made strength gains this week on my bb squats, but the sheer volume of the challenge is too much for me. Good luck everyone.

    Have found that my knees don't like any jump type squats so I did 110 Frog squats. These are not kind to your quads, oh the burn.

    That was hard. Managed 45 before my hamstring hurt realy bad. Did the rest in regular squats.

    Done although no jump (did these late) did them in a combination of curtseys, prisoners and leg lifts. Love the challenge though. Taught me so many ways to do a squat!

    WAHH done!! Harder on the cardiovascular system than it was on the legs IMO >_<

    I did these in a combination of regular squats, and curtsy squats. Jumping is a bit too noisy for a baby in the house.

    Day 1-50 squats (2 sets, 25 reps)
    Day 2-55 squats (2 sets, 20 reps; 1 set,15 reps)
    Day 3-60 squats (3 sets, 20 reps)
    Day 4-Rest
    Day 5-70 squats (2 sets, 35 reps of curtsy squats; and 1 set, 20 reps of prisoner squats )
    Day 6-75 squats (1 set, 25 reps of prisoner squats; and 2 sets, 25 reps weighted squats - 20 lbs)
    Day 7-80 Curtsy Squat Rear Leg Lift (completed with 3 lb weights)
    Day 8-REST!!!
    Day 9-100 free hand jump squats (4 sets, 25 reps)
    Day 10-105 squats (4 sets, 25 prisoner squats; 1 set, 10 reps weighted squats - 30 lbs)
    Day 11-110 squats completed (1 set, 10 reps of prisoner squats; 2 sets, 25 reps - 30 lbs; and 2 sets, 25 reps - 20 lbs)

    Did not do the split squat jump this time around...:tongue:

    did my jump squats last night...I did 10 jumps then 10 regular squats but I got them in...

    Did 110 squats last night. About 30 were squat jumps. They were part of a boot camp class I was doing anyway, and with everything else we did, I couldn't do any more jumps!

    Too much jumping these past three days....wow! Did 110 today...jumping split squats, but last 20 were modified slow/if a jump. Also did JM Extreme Buns and Thighs Level 2

    How do you like that Jm video? I would kill for extreme buns and thighs and may try it after I am done with the shred.
