Pumpkin Protein Muffins - Morning Treat

Let me know what you think of these and if you come up with other ideas for ingredients : )

Ingredients:
1 can of a 15 oz Pure Pumpkin Mix
1 cup Senega Cinnamon Applesauce
4 egg whites (3/4 cup of All White Egg Whites)
12 scoops Protein Powder (Muscle Milk Vanilla)
1 cup Oatmeal
3 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon cinnamon
3 teaspoon truvia

Directions:
1.) Pre-Heat oven to 350
2.) Spray muffin tins with non-stick cooking spray
3) Mix ingredients together till fully blended into bowel - fills 18 muffin tins
4) Bake 20 minutes, then shut off oven, DO NOT TAKE OUT MUFFINS, wait for another 15 minutes, and then taken them out. If you open the door before, the middle will sink.
