Protein & Fat

Hi All
I've been low-carbing for over 3 weeks now & I've lost 4-5lb so far (i'm happy with this, I am not in the overweight category but aiming to reach a more comfortable weight within the 'healthy' weight range)
My daily carb in take has been between 20-25grams, however, my protein always finishes equal to my fat in take or higher.
How does everybody keep their fat intake above their protein intake? Any tips would be much appreciated!
FYI, I have full fat butter, oil or full fat dressing on the veggies I consume as well as the a tablespoon of cream in my morning coffee.

I supplement with recipes from the "Fat Fast Cookbook" as some of my regular meals.
Here are a couple of articles that may also help:

Great website,
Is it juvenile of me to find "Gelatin for your skeleton" HIGHLY amusing?0 -
Pick fattier cuts of meat - dark meat chicken/turkey with the skin, ribeye steaks vs. a sirloin or filet, less lean ground beef/turkey, eat the fat that most people trim off! I can't see your diary, but I add olive oil/butter to my veggies, or an avocado. Fat bombs are also a good snack! Bacon, pork rinds, sausage, etc.0

Thanks for the replies.
I'll check out the site & start eating some fat bomb snacks ;-)0 -
What are your thoughts on small amounts of coconut meat & a square of 90% dark Cocoa?
Around 2pm each day, I find myself looking for a small snack. Often I've had meat for lunch so I don't feel like eating ANOTHER piece of meat, especially since I have it for dinner too.0 -

Sounds delish. Just make sure it's unsweetened coconut.0
