I hope you Ladies aren't tired of this challenge but I have to do it again, since my husband's family rudely interrupted my Sunday workout plans and I didn't get to make it to goal, I MUST do this again!!! This weeks goal is 4000 again!! For those that want to up to make it even more challenging for you, please do!! Simply let us know at the top of your post, what your goal is!! Join me!!!

    You forget there is still one Gentleman (that's what they call me, though I ain't always gentle) i this group. I attempt sevral of thesechallenges, though not all. Perhaps this one will get me past my plateau and on the downward trend again.
