I hope you Ladies aren't tired of this challenge but I have to do it again, since my husband's family rudely interrupted my Sunday workout plans and I didn't get to make it to goal, I MUST do this again!!!     You forget there is still one Gentleman (that's what they call me, though I ain't always gentle) i this group. I attempt sevral of thesechallenges, though not all. Perhaps this one will get me past my plateau and on the downward trend again.
