It's Wednesday today, so I guess challenges will run from Wednesday to Tuesday each week.
This week's challenge: Log in you food diary daily and stay within +/- 200 calories.

    How'd you do??

    I did it for 5 out of 7 days. That's better than I thought I'd do. I read a great article about gaining success from just the smallest change at a time. So even one day at your calories is better than none. I'd do one day challenges, but I know I'd never keep up with it.

    Send any ideas you have for future challenges.
