I wanna gloat real quick.
Breakfast: banana
lunch: salad, clementine, carrots & ranch, yogurt, 2 mini donuts (oops)
dinner: 1/2 chicken teriyaki sub
snacks: banana & peanut butter wrap!
YAY DAY 2!
Perhaps I need to check myself in for accountability and stay under calories for 5 days straight starting tomorrow!0 -
SW: 170.4
GW: 155
I'm shooting for 8 lbs in 4 weeks so 162 by April 100 -
OK I thought my SW was 164 I just weighed myself at the gym yesterday and it said 162.4. Soo, I'm going to say SW is 163. (when it comes to lbs, really it just depends on the time of day, lol!)
revised: SW 163
GW for 4 weeks: 158
Plan: Eat healthy, no junk food for the next 3 weeks (21 day no junk food challenge) and make time for exercise0 -
im not sure my SW Either last ime i was weighed was almost a month ago!!
its was 191.4. i havent weighed in since. so im hoping i'm finally like 188 or somewhere around there. i would even be estatic with 189.9!! lol
my goal is to keep accountability for myself with the support of others :-) i was feeling really down just about 15 mins ago. but after reading in the group i WANT to go for a walk on my lunch break :-)
i really hope i can see 185, but the end of the our challenge or even by my 25th birthday. April 23rd
ok im going to quote myself.
i finally weighed myself and i still weigh 191 but i added 2oz. lol so im 191.6
oh dear lol. this weight loss ordeal is hard :-p lol0 -

Hi, new to the group, just thought I'd post my SW & Goals...
SW: 154 lbs
GW for 4 weeks: 145 lbs
Plan: Only eat meals from Insanity's Elite Nutrition guide, Eat 1200-1500 calories per day, Drink at least 8 cups of water per day, Stick to Insanity workout plan, Keep a schedule and track progress0 -
SW: 182
GW: lol anything in the 170s, 175 would make me very happy0 -
SW: 190
Goal for challenge: loose 7 lbs, 183
UGW: 1300 -
SW: 222.0
want to lose 13lbs in 4 weeks
3.25lbs a week
the hardest part will be the drinks on friday and saturday nights

I have a 10 pound goal for this 4 weeks. That's a big commitment, but I'm gonna give it my best!!! So excited!!!
Ok, so I bought a scale today as my old one died. So, I needed to edit my weight. My current weight is 216.2 and not 223 as I originally posted. My goal is to lose 10 pounds during this challenge so that would put me a 206 for my 4 week goal. I don't know how to edit so I decided to just reply to my post.0 -
