So, I don't know about others on here, but a big reason I found myself needing to do a dietbet is because I LOVE rewarding myself with food. Nice dinners out especially where I am sure the calorie counts went up into the thousands. For me just the dietbet itself is a huge motivator / reward, but I was wondering what other things you use to reward yourselves now that you're working for a healthier lifestyle. Here are some of mine:
Hot Baths - nightly if I have kept within my calorie goal and made good choices I may take a looooooooong hot bath with a good book, and occasionally as a reward buy new bath salts or soaks (FYI you can make an amazing epsom salt soak yourself for almost nothing, my favorite treat after a hard workout!)
New workout pants/top - My reward for getting into the next decade
Manicure /Pedicures
New hairstyle

These are just some ideas I've had. What are your ideas / plans for rewarding yourself, especially once this dietbet is over?

Well NavyMommy, I love your ideas! I have decided that I would reward myself with a new outfit for every 15 lbs. that I lose. I am on my third dietbet and I love that it helps me to stay focused.
I have not gone beyond buying myself a new outfit. I really figure that losing weight is all that I need as a reward. Having gained so much over the last eight years and the fact that I am going to be 50 years old in 18 months, trying to live the next 50 years healthy and emotionally happy is all the reward that I need.

I don't know if I've ever rewarded myself. My friend had a reward of going to the casino when she lost 10 pounds, which was she made and then we went so that was a good reward because it was fun. We are having a girl's weekend in June and going away for a night so I am working to lose weight for that. I'm going to do that either way so I guess that isn't much of a reward...but maybe a new outfit or two for that weekend would be a good reward if I get to my goal!0
