Found us. Any of you who haven't added me, please do. Its been a slow start for me but I am getting there. The gym I think is the hardest, just because It has been since 1996 since I have lifted a finger so I am a bit weak. Slowly I will get here but I am determined.0

I'm sorry Team, I had such a bad week diet wise. I did so awesome last week and gave myself too much leeway. This was seriously my worst week since MFP. I think I needed day or two to remember how eating unhealthy makes me feel like crap. I'm re-motivated and I won't dissapoint you next week!0
