How do you do weekends? Do you still exercise and watch what you eat?
Our weekend kick-off ritual has been the Friday night pizza dinner.
We all love the stuff, me especially, but now I am trying to have only one slice with a big mound of veggies on the side.
Saturday is pancake breakfast. I've excused myself from that one for now but it's been hard.
I still exercise Fri., Sat and Sun..
Weekends are hard for me but worth the effort.

well, i work my butt off double all week,
i let loose all weekend, eat and drink what i want,
but i still exercise 7 days a week, no matter what
i try to do 2 to 3 hours cardio a day.
but i am less on the weekends.0 -

I like your style and that's one hell of a lot-O-cardio!
Cheers!0 -
I don't look at the weekends as anything special from the other days, I eat and drink what I want, when I want.
I do at least 30 minutes of cardio each day.
I only lift 3 days/week and its usually M/W/F, if I'm going out on F, I'll lift on Sat.0 -
All my days are the same. Nothing different on the weekends!0
