Not sure if the keto diet is for me.

So the more fat I add to my diet, the more nauseated I feel. I just feel like the fat is just sitting in my stomach making me sick. Going to try and decrease the fat amount and see how I feel but I've never felt so sick in my life. :sad:

Are you getting in enough salt? Water?
Although I'd be surprised if it affects you this quickly, are you eating too many of the to-be-avoided polyunsaturated fats (PUFAs)?
On the other hand, maybe it isn't for you. If the high-carb, low-fat diet isn't for everyone, it's certainly possible that keto isn't for everyone either.0 -

Aww I'm sorry to hear, hopefully your changes will help but if not it may not be for you. I do get that feeling from time to time but it is usually when I go over board with the fat at a specific meal. Instead of piling it all on in one meal try getting your fats in by splitting up the amounts through out the day. That has helped and I don't get that feeling any more.0
