I came up short on my goal for the last challenge. This time I set it a bit lower for total loss. My ultimate goal is to get down around 155. By July, I want to at the very least be under 180.

My challenge SW is 324...I'm hoping to see 285 by the end!

I think it'd be fair to hope for 15 pounds or more. What needs to happen now more than the loss is toning, and hopefully this current plateau proves that I am. Good luck to everyone!0 -
Hello all! Some fantastic goals here. I loved the last challenge and made some new MF Pals. Hope to make some more so add me if you like.
My starting weigh is 249.8 and I hope to hit 226 by July 13th. This challenge ends one week before my daughter's wedding and I am hoping to have lost a total of 100 punds by then. I havel lost a little over 7 now.

Starting weight 287.. Current weight 275.. Goal Weight for this challenge 245.. ultimate goal weight 180 Maybe less when I get to that point.. but really its not the number on the scale that I am concerned with.. just whenever I feel comfortable and healthy.0

I'm starting the challenge at 200 lbs and my goal weight loss for the challenge is 15 lbs, so 185 lbs here I come!0

My original starting weight was 210.
My current weight is 168.
My goal weight is 150.
So...I'm going to try for 150 in this challenge. That's about a pound a week. I think I can do it if I stick to it, but I'm nervous about the "last five pounds" being a part of this challenge. That's always the worst!!0 -
