Stress can sabatoge even the superstar athlete.... There are five types of stress

Type I burned out, exhausted, numb, depressed
Type II agitated, overwhelmed by life
Type iII emotionally sensitive
Type IV driven, controlling
Type v explosive, can't slow down

Ill post an assessment later to find out which one you suffer most from....I got these from "the Superstress Solution" written by Roberta Lee, MD Ibsen 978-0-345-50862-1 if you want to buy the book....it helped me a GREAT deal.

    I would say I'm a combo.

I am Part Type II - Agitated (by work) & Type III - Emotionally sensitive
