    Goal - To look like I did when I was 23 ok how about when I was 35 to start.
    Fav Food- Pasta, Cheese, Chocolate, pizza, mac and cheese.. you know all the comfort foods
    I Quit smoking 4 months ago and have gained even more weight (if that's possible)
    According to my doctor, my cholesterol needs to come down a point

    3 - Get Healthier by eating correct proportions, processing my emotions appropriately so I don't stuff them, and weigh 130 lbs.
    4 - Peanut butter and honey.
    5 - I want new habits so I can have more energy for my family and new hobbies ;)

    Hi everyone, A big thank you to you Tony for starting this group.

    To look better than I did at 30 (skinny fat)
    Fave food and still my biggest weakness is chocolate
    I have a muscle disease called Myasthenia Gravis. I had to give up all sports and work 13 years ago, which led to my weight gain.
    I quit smoking 30 ciggies a day Feb 3 years ago.

    To lose this last fifteen pounds (I've lost 45), to get stronger, to hike farther, faster, higher.

    My favorite healthy food, is what I call my nutrition bomb salad. My favorite high fat food is pizza, and Mexican food.

    Love the outdoors and nature. Camping, hiking, etc.

    My name is Tony Paradis, I live and work in Flower Mound, TX.

    I just want to look good when I wear my man-thong down to the beach. Just kidding, I'm here to build muscle and make gains in the gym.

    My favorite food right now is lobster ravioli in a rosa sauce from this little Italian restaurant up the road.

    I like playing disc golf, helping others, learning, and consuming frosty fermented beverages with my friends.

    3. Slimmer, heathier, stronger. Right now I'm working on slimmer and healthier. I am doing body weight exercises and cardio right now, I look forward to getting back the gym. I am pretty strong in my lower body, but my upper body is weak. Eventually I want to be able to do unassisted pull-ups and break my ever astonishing leg press record (my highest weight for 3x10 is 460lbs)
    4. Chocolate Coconut Milk. And Bread.
    5. I'm a library and information science student. I wear a fitbit. I have cats. I play dungeons and dragons. I love the feeling of "beast" that I can get after lifting.

    2. I live in the Windy City of Chicago. I love it except for the six months of the year when it's winter.
    3. My goal is to slim down and tone up. I'm not horribly worried about numbers, but if I could fit into a size 8-10 pant, that would be great. I have hips that will never go away, but I like my curves. I just want them to be more proportional. Also, shorts look nice and cool.
    4. My favorite food is greasy Chinese, especially Mongolian beef. If I ever have a bad day, it's my go-to meal.
    5. I work out every morning at 6am before work; I'm going back to school to get a Master's in IT; I would love to work for Google; I'm learning to like hockey now that I'm up north; I never forgot how to love beer; I am a part of a "ladies who brunch" group and it's ~fabulous~
