I really have tried (okay I really haven't) to attend to my eating habits the last few days. I seem to blow all my calories by noon. Today I am really watching what I am taking in and am eating healthier; I have a headache and have been sick to my stomach twice today. This sucks!

Maybe have 6 smaller meals throughout the day, so you aren't hungry. Eat foods that are filling. Chicken is very filling, it is good lean protein and low in calorie.0

I know when I cut my carbs and caffine that I feel sick and have a headache. It only lasts a couple days and then passes. perhaps that is what is happening? Hang in there!0

You can do this! Please don't give up! Take it one day at a time. I myself has times where I blow my calories ( here lately really) That what I want this group to do help everyone.0 -
You can do it. Try eating lower calories food, fruits and veggies so you can eat more!0

I was thinking about that today. I still have too much sugar in my diet. I am going over my sugar guideline everyday. I am not a good fruit and vegetable eater. I am going to have to try adding them slowly to my meals.0
