Four more days till the end of the 30 day squat challenge. :drinker:
Squat of the day are "Pop Squats"

I usually do my squats in my office at work and that makes squats that include jumping difficult. So I did 150 curtsy squats and 75 regular.0

225 Pop Squats done. These were super difficult because I have a cold, so the constant up and down motions made me even more nauseous. Did them in sets of 25 each. Can't wait til I feel better. This cold has kicked my butt.0

I was at the gym this time, so I had shoes on. :-) Got my 225 done, but not all of them were pop squats.
WHEW!!
Oh, I guess I should tell ya...I got the kids (11 and 15) doing these when they are with me for the day. They are NOT happy with you. (teehee)0 -
