That's... pretty much the whole of it. How do you do it?

Black Soybeans. The carb to fiber ratio is damned good. And the protein!

Chia seeds - the carb/fiber ratio is 1:1. You can do a lot with them too, there are a lot of recipes on this site and online.

Almond flour - carb/fiber is 3:1 but it is also very high in protein and healthy fat. Lots of wonderful recipes including pancakes, cookies, etc.

TVP is Textured Vegetable Protein made from soy. Some use it to mix with ground meats and seasonings as a way to offset meat prices and reduce cholesterol. It can also be used as a cereal or oatmeal replacement.

Ditto for chia seeds. They're pretty much tasteless and add bulk to smoothies/liquids. Some people swear by them as a pre-workout energy booster. Per my package (Nutiva organic white chia seeds), 1 TBSP = 5 carbs and dietary fiber = 5 carbs, so net carbs = zero.

I try to get my fiber 'naturally' such as above, but if not, I use VitaFusion Fiber Well (sugar free) Gummies. 5 grams of fiber and 5 carbs= 0 net, per 2 gummies. 10 calories. They taste good too. :)
