Starting Whole 30 Today - March 28th

I am starting the Whole 30 challenge today!

I was wondering if anyone had experiences they would like to share, tips or what some of the best meals they have discovered are.

Also I would love some motivation, so if anyone wants to send a friend request please do!

    I am doing the Whole 30 right now! I am on Day 12 and I am definitely enjoying myself. I have just in the last few days started eating more the way the plan tells me to. I'm worried about what the scale is going to say at the end... I also struggle to stay within my daily alloyed servings of fruit, but as people on here point out, with the amount of exercise I do, it's probably ok. I have felt like a lot of my cravings have gone away and I'm feeling pretty good. I need to also work on getting more sleep though. I think my morning workouts would be a lot better if I could just get that down.

    I'm starting on Monday and I can't wait. I am in need of help hitting my protein goals. Let me know if you have any advice.
