Let make it fun, see if you can find someone's weight on the list that you would like to be and follow their food diary, exercise routine etc. I know there are a few that I will be viewing :laugh:

    Did you get my starting weight for last week?

    My weight when I started MFP was 220 (3-11-13)
    My WI last week (3-17) was 217

    Maybe it doesn't matter. :)

    Hey Ebony, Thanks a mill for starting this group and putting all the work in to the spreadsheets. Can't seem to find my name on the spreadsheet, could be I'm missing it. Start weight was 194 3/13/13 and current weight is 189 3/20/13. Cheers :-)

    whats up with people losing 10+ lbs they are cheating. thats 36,000cal lost yaaa right! Normal weight lost is 2-3 in a week and i believe you could do 5-6 with super working out and eating minimal eating but 10+ come on now lol

    My doctor put me on a low carb diet and made me cut out all sweetners, that's how I lost 6 lbs. in one week. I don't expect to lose that much next week, since I just started it 2 weeks ago.

    Not sure if we are able to edit the doc ourselves?? I tried and it wouldn't let me. My starting weight was 163. 1st wk 161.6 2nd wk 159.

    Well, three days to weigh in and I've gained 0.4 lbs--which has stuck around for 2+ days.
    LAME. Totally have been eating/drinking within my cal limits!
