Im struggling again this week! its a long weekend so my class was cancelled yesterday at the gym and they dont open today, 2 x 45 min sessions I missed, oh well, just keep trying!0 -

A lot of my exercise involves me being outside, but with a recent snowstorm, I've been inside a lot more
BUT, the snow is melting and I hope to be back at it. My goal for this week is 180 minutes of cardio. I plan on walking and perhaps doing a work-out dvd or two

Gosh we have been a quiet group! I haven't been exercising at all this week, a toddler in emergency again and then looking after when she got home I just didn't have the time. Back at it tomorrow and this is my plan for the rest of the week
Monday - 20 min run and 40 min weight class
Tuesday - 40 min run and 40 min mma class
Wednesday - 30 min run
Thursday - 30 min run
Friday - 40 min run
Saturday - 40 min run
Sunday - 40 min run
Monday - 40 min run
Plus one of those public holidays will hopefully be spent at the zoo!0 -
Made all my above regrets, good week or exercise! Off to an Easter egg hunt today and tomorrow we are off to the zoo!0

I want to apologize to everyony one, I don't know where my mind was these last couple weeks but I have not been keeping up with my posts:sad: I have been exercising just not posting at all. I'm not sure why.:huh: I do promise to be a lot more active starting now because I really want and need the support and structure of these challenges and the people doing them. :flowerforyou: I WON'T let you down again!!!!
