Starting Measurements and Goals!

Please add your starting weight (from today or yesterday) ideal goal weight, hopes for 12 weeks time and a few measurements!

CW: 210lbs
IGW: 140
Hoping for 177 in 12 weeks!
chest/waist/hips: 44.5/39/44

In 12 weeks I'm hoping to be slimmer (obviously), comfortable moving around in the heat and fit enough to run in the sunshine! Maybe even wearing shorts!

    Don't have a goal weight for 12 weeks but would like 200 minutes/week of exercise and to stay on target with eating and log daily for this challenge.

    I agree, if there are too many people in a group it is difficult to keep up with everyone. I'll look into it :)

    I am only 5ft1 so that 10 lbs makes a lot of difference and all hangs around my middle :(

    Got stuck at 123 last year and didn't move no matter what I did so I hope being part of a group will help me get some advice about where I am going wrong if same happens again.

    can't find a tape measure just now so will update measurements when I can locate one (probably buried in the playroom!)

    I have started a c25k progaramme this week and am doing 30 day shred 3/4 times a week.

    I have a before photo which I will share with you when hopefully I have a better After one.

    Hey there, like many of you 12 weeks from now I'm also celbrating something, it'll be 5 yrs with my husband. He has recently started to lose weight with me so this should be quite fun.
    CW as of this morning is 122.4lbs
    the GW by the end of the 12 weeks I would like to be is under 115 and if it happens that I'm under 110 ten I'll take it as a total victory but this has been a very long and slow process for me so I'm happy with any weight loss that is maintainable.
    IGW is 100lbs

    12 week goal want to lose 24 pounds, but staring to realize how hard that is going to be to lose 2 pounds a week. so lets go with 20 pounds to lose in 12 weeks= 165

    Great! Look forward to doing this with all of you. Trying to work out how much weight you are going to lose in 12 weeks is difficult and you never really know how much is going to come off, no matter how hard you try. So we're going to focus on Non scale victories too to keep us motivated and proud of how far we have come.

    I don't have much more to lose now but would like to lose a little more and have my BF% decrease. I have found, for me anyway, I do better if I belong to a group like this.

    I am probably the oldest member here (will be 67 next month) so I am finding that I do lose at a slower rate and possibly because I am almost at my goal weight too.

    I am just 5'2", so just a few pounds makes a difference! I will weigh and measure in the morning and do a before picture.

    I forgot to add my activity ; Mon-Wed-Fri is strenght training with weights; Sun-Tues-Thurs is 10K training; Jillian Michaels DVD Killer Abs or 6 Week 6 Pak Abs (1/2 hour sessions) - 4 to 5 days a week.

    Just finished a 11 week weight loss challenge, lost 16 lbs in total :-) Need another challenge to lose another 16 lbs!

    SW: 132 lbs
    IGW: anything under 118 lbs
    12 weeks goal: 120 lbs and exercise regularly (30 minutes of walking, 5 times a week)

    I have 3 young kids (youngest is one and a half) and am a lot more jiggly than I'd like to be! We have a big trip planned to France this summer and I want to be confident going to beaches!

    Cardio is running and I'm also doing Jillian Michaels Body Revolution.

    Just got so derailed for the passed two months, but I am focused again. Started Jamie Eason's LiveFit, plus I run, and spring has sprung finally in northern Ontario! YAY!!! I am also hoping to try the Insanity workouts which I purchased a few months back, just for variety!

I love motivating people and I am really excited for the summer, but am really scared if I won't be able to be physically ready for it): I have been using Jillian Michael's DVDs and they are amazing. I have a sort of toned body, but I am hoping for a nice bikini body by summer!^^

    I spent the majority of my life in pretty good fitness. I come from a highly active, health conscience family. But during my previous marriage and with pregnancy, I went up from 125 to 230. I'm currently down to 152 but I've got a lot of work still. I'm going to the UK (to visit my boyfriend and his friends and family) in a little over 10 weeks so I'm looking forward to losing as much as I can before I go.

    Thank you for starting this group. It's a big step for me to post. I need a serious kick in the pants to get back into the swing of things.
    I work out at the gym but have slacked.

    My goals for this week ...
    listen more to my trainer.. However if he continues to take it easy on me, then I will be forced to lay down the law and tell him the truth. Easy won't make my goals for summer!

    Drink More water - water is so important to being healthy

    Eat better - I know how to do this. Quit letting others have the mental power! Take it back! Say NO to the emotional eating food. - this one isn't easy.. And will be my goal every day until I have the power back in my hands!!
