Happy Easter everyone!!!
My weekend has been a total bust for working out and I don't even have the holiday to blame (since it's not even Easter in Greece yet!). Your check-ins yesterday reminded me that it's Easter to half the world, so WELL-DONE for checking in and for any workouts that you manage to get this weekend! I can certainly understand a few chocolate slips this weekend too!! I'd say you've all fared much better than I will be doing during Greek Easter, in a month from now!:bigsmile:
Just bumping the thread up. Hubby has said he'd give me the time I need at home for a workout today. I plan to go ahead and start my April program today. It's a beautiful day too, so hoping to get outside for a bit as well.0 -

great job on getting your workout done. and just the name of that workout sounds brutal. I did step aerobics this morning, cathe- abs and 15 min express yoga. It's a pretty day here in Ky also. Gonna work in the flower beds for awile. Hope everyone has a great Easter0

Ok I got a little ambitious...and started my APRIL workout today.. :bigsmile: I had the energy and time and wanted to take advantage of it...
P90X-LEAN PROGRAM-90days- I hope I don't get bored... ( I have workout ADD I think, I likes to switch:ohwell: it up alot)
DAY-1 Core Synergistics-54min- some moves were a little challenging but I didn't stop and made it through.. YAY

Happy Easter everyone! Was up at 5am hiding eggs then my Turbo Fire 45 today. I got bored this afternoon and did a Fitness Blender workout Tabata Kettlebell Workout and Abs and Obliques Workout - 45 Minute Kettlebell Training.0

Hi All... I did C25K W3D3. Tuesday begins week 4 which is still intervals, but adds up to 16 minutes of jogging. I will also be doing a relaxing yoga tonight. Happy Easter!!!0

Sun - it was an official rest day but I did laborious work outdoors in our woodland dragging, lifting and tossing various sized tree debris for at least 45 minutes plus all the walking back and forth. I count this as "circuit training" on my fitness log...lol.0
