Ok ladies, first weigh in! So excited! My hard work paid off!! I know I always lose the most in the first week but this is a really nice start and I am proud of myself!

3-22 ~ 185 I've notice that since I stopped drinking Whyler's the weight is coming off! I truly believe it was the aspartame that was keeping the weight on. I also started Herbalife this week and it will be nice to see more weight come off.0 -

I did not have a good week. Today I am at 154.5!
I probably should not have weighed myself today, but I did. I think this will drop fairly easily....a couple of pounds anyway. My goal weight is 135.
