Sorry I am have been MIA. So my weight has stayed the same since last time. So you can just put the same. GAH. Oh well going to be making a lot of good positive changes and things will start up again!!!0

Up 2 lbs....I think. My sodium intake the last few days has been so bad with the ham and I'm bloated so I have no idea...hams almost gone, so going to drink even more water and get back on track for next week!! So not happy!!
